Dr. Patrali Chatterjee
Chairperson and Graduate Coordinator Digital Marketing Program, Department of Marketing
I am a Professor of Marketing and teach courses in Retail Management, Marketing Research, Social Media Marketing, and graduate courses in Applied Marketing Management, Market Analysis, and Customer Insights, Social and Mobile Marketing, and Digital Marketing Strategy and RODMI (Return on Digital Marketing Investment). As an analytical researcher, I analyze data from experiments, mobile, retail transactions, social media, surveys, websites (clickstream) to identify patterns and boundary conditions or inflection points) and consumer behavior theory to generate customer insights. I am a co-author of Retail Management: A Strategic Approach, 13th Edition published by Pearson. I serve as Vice-President, American Collegiate Retailing Association (ACRA), and am Editorial Board Member – Administrative Sciences, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management.

Dr. Ikechi Ekeledo
Associate Professor, Marketing
Ikechi Ekeledo is an associate professor in the Department of Marketing, he teaches courses in international marketing, international business, services marketing, and marketing management. He received a Ph.D. in business administration (marketing) from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also holds an M.B.A. in marketing, M.S. in industrial management, and B.S. in operations management from Northern Illinois University.
Dr. Ekeledo’s current research interests include international market entry strategies, international business issues in sub-Saharan Africa, and international services marketing.

Dr. Mark E. Hill
Associate Professor, Marketing
Mark E. Hill is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing teaching courses in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Research, and Consumer Behavior. He received his Doctorate degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and has an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Hill worked as an Aerospace Engineer for General Electric, a Technical Manager for American Airlines, and a Marketing Representative for Unison Industries. He has been a consultant to companies across the United States providing services in the areas of marketing thinking, marketing strategy, and marketing research. Dr. Hill has published numerous articles on subjects related to marketing thinking.

Dr. C. Jayachandran
Professor, Marketing
Dr. C. Jayachandran is a Professor of Marketing who specialized in teaching Marketing and International Business courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He is recognized by the NJ World Trade Council as the Outstanding Faculty in International Business. He is also the Founding President of the Society for Global Business & Economic Development (SGBED) dedicated to promoting academic network, research, and scholarship, He is also a recipient of two Title VI B Grants from the US Department of Education to develop IB programs and outreach activities. His research interests include marketing strategies, international marketing, healthcare marketing, health communication, preventive health behavior, and Services marketing. His publications have appeared in a number of journals.

Dr. Mark J. Kay
Associate Professor | Marketing
I am an associate professor, I teach marketing, branding, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility at MSU. I have written on the case methods of teaching and team development, which include Toys R Us, Performance Bicycle Shops, and the Tabasco Brand Hot Sauce. During the 1990s, I taught seminar programs on marketing and logistics in the Czech Republic and in Hungary. I also lead a team on the marketing of AIDS prevention programs at the Congress of Europe held in Vilnius, Lithuania in 1999. My current research focuses upon branding, retailing, sustainability, healthcare, and corporate social responsibility marketing practices. My current projects focus on transformative consumer research.

I am an assistant professor of marketing with expertise in retailing, consumer behavior, and international business. Thomas Miller

I earned a BS and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and worked as an accountant and financial analyst for 8 years before moving into sales for Xerox Corporation, ultimately becoming the Branch Sales Manager in NYC. After 7 years at Xerox, I was appointed President of Xscribe/Pengad, a technology company focused on the Legal Profession. Subsequently, I was named President of Worldwide Computer Services, Inc. a public professional services company. In 1995 I joined Maritz Inc., a Marketing Consulting firm as an Account Manager and managed the relationship with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Canon, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Pepsi, and Nabisco. Mr. Miller most recently was a principal of The Grey Matter Group, a Marketing Consulting Practice.

Dr. Tianfu Wang

Tianfu Wang is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Montclair State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Purdue University and an MS in Business Administration from the University of Rochester. He also received an MS in advertising from the University of Illinois and a BA in Advertising from Peking University.
His expertise is in Big data marketing analytics.

Dr. Jonas Zhang
Assistant Professor | Marketing
Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Old Dominion University, and an MS in Computer Software and Theory, from Guangxi Normal University. His expertise lies in integrating consumer psychology theory with consumer big data to bring forward useful customer insights and actionable marketing strategies. Dr. Zhang’s research focuses on loyalty programs, digital marketing, and marketing analytics. His research projects usually highlight the intersection among marketing, technology, and consumer psychology.

Naman acquired his bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication (BJMC) from Indraprastha University in New Delhi, India, in 2017. He has worked for more than two years (Sep 2017- Jul 2020).
